X9303 Charging Question

Just bought the radio, and the manual states like a 15 hour charge time (with the supplied charger, 110mAH) for the tx. I've had mine on charger over 15 hours and the chargers red light is still on. Does it turn green when it's charged? The radio shows 11.8v when I turn it on.

The LED on the charger is red anytime it is plugged into the wall outlet and the radio. You have sufficiently charged it! Now go and fly.

11.8 is perfect. I think the only time it will give you a warning when it gets low is around 8volts so you are good but if you do get low it will tell you and you can't miss it. I just charge it whenever I'm done for just 20-30 minutes then its back to 11+ volts.
