You can bring a golfcart if you would like.
Having said that we need to make sure that everyone understands that Mac spends allott of time keeping the field nice and awesomely comfortable for everyone. So we will need everyone to be extra careful not to damage the grass!

I was at Mac's 2 weekends ago and the place is like flying off a golf course green. Mac was cutting the grass as usual even though is was only 2mm he was cuting off the top. ;)

Pre-Registration isn't the pretiest thing I've ever seen but it's working. Keep in mind I'm NOT a programmer!
Anyways everyone has the option to go ahead and pay after they pre-register or they can wait until they arrive at the event. You don't have to have a paypal account. you can pay via credit card if you want. When you get to checkout just click the "I don't Have a Paypal Account" link and enter your CC information.
Also Everyone remember to bring your TREX's! The pilon races were a huge success at IRCHA and everyone had a ton of fun so we are goin to bring it to SE. Should have a cool winners prize by the end of the week and I'll post all that information on the website!

OKaaaay Done the Hotel! Points nights are nice at Holiday Inn Express. Tried the Registration here NO Luck! Then again I joined IRCHA in Muncie and haven`t heard a word about my membership! Probably wait till I get there unless someone has a plan, or idea.

All you smokers need to bring a can or ash tray.....
Last year, When the event was over. there were a lot of Cigarette Butts on the ground. I 'm sure Mac was pissed as he picked up Butt after Butt.
That's just goes to show how much he cares for the field and pit area.
Lets all help Mac keep the grounds clean from all forms of trash.

Unfourtunetly, I lost my travel buddy for this event so..if anyone has an extra bed..or perhaps a floor they would like to share to cut down on expenses..lemme know!

The a in the email address was left out on purpose. There are "bots" the run therough websites and "harvest" email addresses so I left a letter out. Most people aren't even noticing!
Pre-registration is for pilot registration in general. All pilots will be required to provide a valid AMA card and pay the pilot registration fee before they will be allowed to fly at the site.
I apologise for not getting hotel information on the site. for imeddiate info just go to http://www.hodgeshobbies.com. All the hotel info is listed down the right hand side of the page.

Are you required to have an IRCHA membership to register or just AMA? Our whole team would like to know.

Just AMA membership is required to fly. You do not have to be an IRCHA member to register at the event.

The registration fee covers some of the expenses of putting on the event.
