Great to hack too! 7 cell xmtr nicad with charge jack, throttle stick de-springed, blade leading edges shaved, skids, vertical stab, new clothes and a Peck thrust bearing topside. Woo Hoo! Great fun!

I like the nicad mod!

Just got mine and having a ton of fun! I have got it trimed so I can go forward and back and hover by inputting tail and throttle.... Pretty slick..

What does the shaving of the LE do?

I just got mine today and I LOVE IT!!! it is so much fun to fly in the family room... I think i am gonna try flying it outside tonight in the dark, when it is calm and the light really shows up... :glasses2:

i have crashed it into the celing fan, celing, the walls, tv, fridge, and more.. the thing is so sturdy... basically a flying tank that flies so well. A smile comes to my face when just think of it.. haha

Check the vid I just did

Here is a little vid I just had to do as this thing is a blast! Why? because it is hard to fly well "controlled" and SPOT land.... I had to get one of these little "thingys" and I gots to say they are fun in their own way....

Needless to say this could be the start of a entire new arena for the hobby... PICCOZ compititions!

So someone show me better flyin with one! ;)

Finless rocking 3D with the PiccooZ... kidding... just some fun! (18 Megs) (http://video.helifreak.com/?subpath=finless/other&filename=picooz.wmv)

Finless... you should do a mod videos.. like how to make your picoo fly inverted and such... I love my thing. my parents told me to put it into the hangar because it is too loud and they are going to bed! HAHAHAHAHAHA it is a blast just hovering but flying circuts is the bomb.

I think i am gonna get two of my budds to get one, so that way we can have dog fights, and smear the heli... (like smear the queer) basically knock eachothers birds out of the sky and see if yours stays in the air! hahahahah  :glasses: :glasses2:

Hey everyone I wanted to get into some heli flying and stumbled on the forum yesterday. I went out and bought one of these picco Z's and the darn thing keeps spining counterclockwise and no manner of trim helps it I can't even get it to hover it just crashes while spining very fast... any recomendations? Also any recomendations on a starter electric copter for me and my 8 year old newphew to learn on... (i am 32) I was thinking about one of these

The top one hands down. It is made by same people who make the picco z . And have you got the spinning under control?

No I think I figured out it is the tail rotor.. it spins too slow to do anything.. might be just a bad motor.. I am taking it back afterwork and going to get another one.. I feel it is the rotor because if I take it off it does exactly the same thing.. and if i hold the stick to the right while just having enough throttle to make the props spin I can keep it from spinning... if I release the right stick it will start to spin.. I can't even get it off the ground for the crazy circles it makes.. thanks about the recomendation I will look into the top one.. that is what I was thinking hard about going with.
