Fellow came to the field to get help with his Blade CP.
Tail Rotor Driver Gear (059) comes out of the tail rotor blade assembly (057). The only thing I saw to secure the assy. was a piece of tubing on the output shaft. The piece doesn't stay in the holes in the gear.
Tabs seem short..

Heli was NIB..curious if something missing or? It comes apart in flight, I put a wheel coller were we could trim it out & set his gyro.

Its a design that helps to keep your tail together, but it sometimes loosens in flight and causes crashes, what i did was CA the 2 little tabs on the TR to the gear. Then i put 2 pices of the small tubing to hold the whole assembly on. Been working well so far.

Nothing is missing. The tube allows the tail rotor to pop out of the gear and free wheel rather than breaking.

I haven'thad a problem with it popping off in flight, but I don't do 3D, yet.

you can also take the small fuel tube (like 3/32) and put it inside a piece of larger fuel tube (like 1/8) and that will hold a lot better. ca is permanent.. if you break a tail blade you have to replace more than just the tail blade :)

He called this evening, slight mishap, bent output shaft (Rotor Shaft), main shaft, blades, tail rotor blades. So looks as if I'll have to go through it again..  I may put him on my wife Cx for a bit while he's grounded.
