Ordered my 700 [Archive]

Well after looking and wanting I made the jump I ordered my 700le last night. How meny are running all stock?, I really don't know very much about the GP780 Head lock gyro I have a Spartan 760 put back. How well dose the GP 780 perform with the 650 servo? How I have to wait some more, Boy can't wait to start the build.

Congratulations!!! you will love it!

Im using the GP750/DS650 combo, tail is rock solid, i would imagine the 780 will do excellent also, when i built mine i put in the Quick UK link kit and clutch, you don't have to do these upgrades but i did them for insurance since there have been clutch and link issues in the past. I am also using the RCBOOYA canopy mounts, other than that just enjoy the build!!!

im going to be starting my build to this week i cant wait i ordered the align metal clutch block other than that im gona use a futuba 9256 on the tail with the gp750 i her the ball links are better now that issue has been fixed

I am using the stock gyro and servos. They work great! The 700 is a fantastic heli. You likely don't need to change anything. But ffter reading post after post after post about the stock clutch I did decided to start with the Quick UK clutch. I also went with the QUK link set and thumb screw canopy mounts right away. I just added the QUK header tank, boom clamp and Align motor bearing mount. I still plan to add the QUK tail.

As stated, you likely don't need to change anything.

You will enjoy this helicopter.
IMO use the Spartan gyroa with a JR8900G or FUTABA 251BLS.
The Outrage Torq BL9088 tail servo will i am sure be awsome when it becomes available. :thumbup:
