I have bought some custom canopies in the past, Arizona heli, Dave Yost etc, all have been pretty good. I bought a canopy for my Rex from Rickos awhile back and thought it was something different indeed. Recentlly I thought to try Ricko for an Ion canopy and matching fins, glad I did indeed, for the price he charges I think he about the best bang for the buck, and a real nice guy in communications as well. Thx Rick and hope to deal with you in the future for my Razor,,,, "eventually", lol. :D Anyways, just thought the guy should get some props for good work and service etc, I am pretty happy with his work myself. :wink:

Looks very nice.
With that paint job, you should change the skids and struts to black and the heli would look tight!!

They are actually the Min Air "tuff strut" ones, the standard ones make the bottom of back vertcial fin touch the ground, even when it is perfectly level, that is the reasoning behind the taller ones. MAIONX when you get yours built and flying you will surely see what I mean.... I agree they do not look as nice as the low profiles, however it at least allows the tail to be off the ground and is mcuh nicer in autos having a few inches on the back and not breaking the fin and tail blades etc,,,,,

sorry for having a go at you :) , all i was saying yeah they looked a lil weird cause they seem to go straight down like no bend..

Oh... an MAIONX no worry man, just thought to tell you which skids n bows those were was all, I'd love to have the low profiles on but I can't justify the tail end taking a beating on the rough ground around these parts. :wink:
And lastly Ed, that looks fantastic indeed, do you recognize your old heli anymore? lol. :) It had to happen, but I still have the white one on the wall. :wink:
