Dear All,

Just wanted some opinion on this...I've got a 601 that's been through 2 crashes but still seems fine (no external damage that I can see). Servo has been replaced each time. Problem is, it doesn't seem to hold the tail very well in HH (there's a slight drift). Funny thing is, in normal mode it's just fine (I set the tail rotor rod length in Normal mode first). This is on my Stratus.

Wonder if it may be engine tuning or just time to replace the gyro.

Ken,

For some reason Futaba gyros don't seem to like the normal gyro position on the Stratus. Moving the gyro sensor to the battery tray will solve the problem.

I use CSM720 on two Stratus Helis - works perfect though hard 3D

You can also use CSM gyro tape with the 601 on the original gyroplace. Not the Futaba ones. I had drift with the Futaba's and replaced them with CSM tape and no more drift. :)
