Ok, I've been looking at the Spectra-G on the net.

Where and when can I see one in person close to East TN?

I would think the closest one you can see to East TN right now. Would be in 3 weeks at the IRCHA Jamboree in Muncie Indiana. MA will have a booth there and the Spectra G will be on display. There will probably be one or two of them flying at the event also.

Talk to John Garst, one of the team members in South Carolina. He should be able to provide you some more information next week.

Its the control box for a Stator Gator Governor Sensor. Since this model was designed around the Zenoah G231/G26 engine, the Stator Gator is a plug and play option for using an engine governor.

Its been in the prototypes since day 1. Never failed or caused any problems. Sure makes using the Futaba GV1 easy though.

I've never used any of the other governors but I think there are also versions of the Stator Gator that work with them as well.

I am trying to give Tim money for one of these Gassers now-- I want to have it at IRCHA-- so everyone can fly it. :D :D :D :D
