This is the best I can describe it. Why does it happen? when doing tic tocs I notice it. The heli seems to stutter at the pitch change specially from negative to positive pitch. It almost shakes to be precise. thanks

look for seized grip thrust washers, dry washout, binding swashplate, etc.
Remove the links between bellcranks and swash and look for binding.
Other than that, whats your headspeed, and how is it controlled? ie: governor or curves?

you sure its not a head wobble, bad dampners?

the washout seems a little stiffed. other than that everything seems normal. Head speed is gv1 controlled @ 1850. Dampners are new very stiff head. thanks
