If they sent Priority Mail, it is NOT a tracking number, but a delivery confirmation number. You don't get step by step tracking from USPS except for Express Mail.

I disagree, if it was shipped USPS Priority mail with tracking, u should be able to track it movements with that number. that number is a tracking number not a conformation number. i order plenty of items using USPS and have always received a tracking #.
Now the USPS is a little slow on updating there web page as ur package travels to its destination. USPS only update the tracking status once a day if that. i have had a package shipped with tracking from USPS using priority shipping and was unable to track it the entire time while intransit. USPS is just weird about its tracking..

Parts were to be shipped USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days. That was 10 days ago. I've gotten orders from USPS befor and tracking always at least confermed that USPS picked package up for delivery. Not the case here. USPS tracking status: electronic shipping info recieved. I tried to call JCS Hobbies and the phone # dosen't work. I also sent email and no responce. I scince filed a claim with my credit card co.

Update: My credit card Co. has credited my account for that purchase. Thats a relief.

USPS does NOT offer tracking on Priority Mail. It only offers tracking on Express Mail.
Many people CALL it a tracking number, but it is NOT, it is a Delivery Confirmation number.
Check the USPS site at www.usps.gov.

I specifically asked the USPS about Delivery Confirmation "ie tracking" number, and I was told those packages are only scanned and updated 3 times. Once at the pick up location, once at the destination facility and the final one at the delivery location. It does not provide step by step updated like UPS and some FedEx packages.
...........and oh yeah, I used to order baldes from JCS many moons ago and never had any problems with him back then. Once they sent the wrong blades and shipped me out the right ones, then told me to just keep the others.
