I have been flying with SAB 305MM blades for some time and I really like them. After my latest crash, I needed new blades. I thought I would try the MAH 315MM blades. I flew through 3 packs (about 30 minutes) today with the MAH blades. It is very windy today.

Has anyone else flown the MAH 315MM blades? I would like to know what you think of them.

For me they are very stable and tracking was dead on.

Even in strong winds, I was able to fly smoothly. I attribute this to the more linear bite the MAH blades have.

I had not noticed this before; For me SAB blades react slowly at first then, suddenly bite the air. This makes for exciting flying because you can throw the heli into quick, sharp moves.

The MAH blades are more linear in the way they react. This allows for smoother, more flowing moves.

Of course, I need to fly the heli in it's current setup with SAB blades to make a fair comparison.

I like both the SAB and MAH blades about the same. They are different and, each seam better suited to different flying styles. My local hobby shop carries SABs and not MAH. As such, I will probably run SABs more.
