I have a Futaba 7CHP PCM with the standard/as supplied battery packs. How many flights would you do on a fully charged batteries? What would be the cut off voltage on the reciever that you would consider safe. I check my batteries under a 1 amp load and I use 4.8v as my cutoff. I have been able to get 2 flights using the above.

I am flying a Raptor V2 OS 32 GY401. So far I am only doing forward flight , no 3d yet.

Thanks

Ed :D

Tx cut-off is under 9.5v, NiCd flight packs will fly to 4.6v under 1 amp load.
remember the 'Rated' voltage for your packs is 9.6 and 4.8 respectively, they will hold that voltage for quite awhile before dropping further.
discharge voltage if plotted out will be a plateau follow by a downward slope about 1 volt below the 'rating'.
You should get 4 flights easily
