Went through the balance process with the Koll Rotor Pro and tweaked the tracking. She's smooth as silk now!
Strapped the Sony HDR-HC1 on and took her for a spin. Used the .7X wide angle lens adapter and edited it with Canopus. No post stabilization was used.
Nothing fancy, just some hovering and freestyle. No music, just the sweet sound of a pair of 660mm blades beating the air into submission.
I wanted the file to be high quality. It's 3:10 long and 30MB.

He couldn't find his surf board.
The first opening shot of the lamp was done without the wide angle lens converter. I wanted to shoot the first flight without it so I could see every vibration. The rest was from the second flight with the converter (the one that fell off on Saturday).
I still have my FM receiver installed and I'm getting an occasional glitch. I noticed both flights today I got a static pop when I reached out to stop the rotor. I wonder if the belt on the tail could be building up a static charge?

Are you using vibration isolators? If so what are they?

I'm using some stainless steel wire rope isolators from http://www.isolator.com. These are the SM2 series isolators http://www.isolator.com/elecdocs/sm2ser.pdf
They seem to be working well. In the video I noticed a slight bounce that I think is coming from these isolators. Of course, most of the wiggles in the video are pilot induced.
Here's a photo of how I have them installed:
