Hi . I have a O.S. SX-H 50 Hyper engine on my Raptor Titan . Last Sunday , my engine broke the piston ring . I've just ordered the new ring but I couldn't understand what is the cause of this problem . I'm using %15 Coolpower fuel . My needle setting is 1.7 turns from fully closed position . Have you ever faced with this kind problem on your engines ?

The number of turns is irrelavent to how the engine runs. The engine should be tuned so it is on the rich side of peak.
Rings usually break because they have a defect in them or they catch in a port. If you replace it and it does it again in short order, look at the ports to see if they have a sharp edge. Also make sure that the piston ring groove isn't damaged. This can also allow a ring to move up and down too much.
