ESC stuck in constant throttle

Just installed my new MS Hornet Brushless Motor & ESC combo. Worked well on inital install... but now i seem to be stuck in ESC programming mode, with constant throttle! I hear two beeps on start up (for prgrming mode) instead of one ( linear throttle mode). The napkin that came with the ESC with the instructions on are pretty vague. Im stuck in full throttle... In new to this and it sucks.. Any advise?

Sorry man, I have no experience with that speed control. I know Eric Larson was using one, maybe shoot him a PM.
