Just got this from Helidirect and I'm liking it. Perhaps more than my old align case? We'll see with time.

Wow, I've never seen this case before.

Looks like it's a good bit taller than the align case.

I don't think I like the idea of the Tx being under the tail though.

The boom is supported completely by the foam you will have push pretty hard to get the boom to touch tail to touch the radio. The radio is snug as a bug in there and will not move unless to force-ably persuade it.

I may take a close up to give is some justice.

A small piece of foam over the Tx can fix that.

And that's exactly what I did with my align case. I put a small piece of foam between the heli and the Tx. But with the align case, this was an optional thing. Looking at this one, I would surely do it. It's most likely fine, but I like to baby my transmitter.

I still hate how when you close it up and carry it, the heli is upside down. You can flip the foam on the Align case to change this. Can you do this on the Outrage case as well?

I didn't think about the upside down thing but yes you can easily turn it around. I kind of like in the current position to me it would be upside down when you open the case.

It would be, but I don't like to have my TX resting on it's antenna, etc ...

I have this case, the transmitter is snug all the way around. I cut out all around the ant. so it dont matter the position the ant. cant touch anything. Its nice and roomy.

Get EXI case. Best bang for your buck. I fit 8 lipos, tx, heli, parts, tools, charger, everything in one case. Sweet!:tongue

This case will fit tools, 10.5 lipos, a charger, tools, blades, MSR, 200 1s lipos too.
Kidding aside this case will fit it all and some because it's a two level foam setup.
