Please Help! DX6 and HB 3d pro

I hope someone can help me. I am trying to program a DX6 and HB pro and failing. Is anybody using this setup? If so can you please please please tell me what your programming is? I don't know if it is me but the mixing does not seem right. when I input left or right collective only one servo is responding and not the other. Is this Right? Also when I give it forward collective that seems to increase pitch. As you can see I am fd up at this point. Thanks.

On a normal servo layout (horns on top) try this: AIL rev all other norm (cept gyro/rudder) Then CP2 -45% ,CP3 +45%, CP6 +60%

Thanks for the input. I got it figured out though. I redid all the electronics and reset the TX and started from scratch. It seems to be working. Now comes the hard part of flying the thing.
