First which head do you have stock plastic or aluminum?

plastic heads I have run all seemed to have some wobble.
Aluminum head tolerances are much closer and run with very little or no wobble at all.
How big a wobble are you talking about?

if it is just enough to see the screw in the top of the center mast wobble check blade balance, also measure from the end of the flybar control to the edge of the stabilizer paddle weight ensure both sides are the same dimension.

If you are seeing the whole heli shake try running it up without the center mast installed and see if the main shaft is bent.

Check all the rotating components associated with the mast/blades for security, check the blade grip bearings are fully seated, check the feathering spindle is not bent.

Ok, more information is very help full, re-balance the new blades if you don't have a balancer here is a link to a good way to balance without special equipment.
