Okay, Raptor 90SE owners... grab your scales and tell me what the "dry weight" is of your machines (i.e., ready-to-fly, but with an empty fuel tank). Down to the ounce would be great.

Just how heavy are these things running? I've been having a debate with a friend of mine...

When I weighed mine a few months back, it was just a hair under 11lbs. Something along the lines of 10lbs 14 ounces or something like that. I use a small battery pack (2400 Fromeco li-ion), no bottom brace, no aluminum side stiffeners and I've removed the head locking pin and supporting bearings. (Using the dampner setup from Infinavation.) Now that I've added a tail boom brace and a gyro hold down, I'm probably right at 11lbs.

Wow, these things are coming out a little heavier than I expected.

Anyone else?

I won't buy a Stratus. In any event, that's not the topic. I'm simply trying to find out how heavy the Raptors are coming out.

Figure 11lbs as your average.

If we all used the same scale, this thread would be meaningful. Until then, lets all just agree that the R90SE outfitted as equipped OEM, is an 11lb X oz machine.
