I want to buy another helicopter after the Micro Mosquito. I'm looking for a stable, relatively easy to fly helicopter kit that has everything needed to get up and flying. (Helicopter with all batteries & chargers, servos, motors, etc. + transmitter with batteries, chargers, etc). I want the total package. The Shogun 400 V2 ARF EP Belt-Drive Heli looks okay to me. What do you think? What is your recommendation?

Thanks in advance.

Blade CP or CP Pro is a pretty nice pacakge and parts are very readily available, even at many LHS.

Cool ! Im goin to recomend this : skip the Blade CP ?CX Phaze . Get a good used Trex 450se or a SMJ 400 . This way it will be set up and all you may need is a good radio if its not included .Get one with MG servos and a 401 . You will be way ahead of the game and save the 230$+ that you would spend on a CP . Then (important!) follow this: http://www.dream-models.com/eco/flying-index.html

LHS is short for Local Hobby Shop/.

While I agree that a Trex would be better in some ways, hard to find even a used one, RTF (ready to fly) for $200 that a Blade costs.

And I like my Blade. :)

Hey,

I am not entirely sure about pricing of this model, but a few are saying it's pretty good and so may be worth you investigating further.

The Art-Tech Falcon 3D, two options available :

Plastic : http://www.art-tech.cn/english/ArticleShow.asp?ArticleID=131

Metal : http://www.art-tech.cn/english/ArticleShow.asp?ArticleID=151

Trex size, with cheap repairs to. Looks to be a lot like the Pro-Tech Zoom I think and so I'd say parts are interchangable.
