Hello everyone. I just got into rc helis about 4 weeks ago. I went into my LHS to pick up a couple of small ready to run electric trucks for my sisters boys and the heli guy was flying a cx inside the store. neadless to say i had to have one. now i own the cp pro, and i am learning to fly. i put the brushless motor on for longer flight times and all was good. then one day flying i crashed and had to replace the frame now insted of setting my throttle trim in the middle and hovering at 3/4 stick, i have to set throttle trim to full and i can hover and fly but she glitches now and i have to give her full thottle some times just to keep it in the air. my set up must be wrong and i did goto the cp help site and did what they said for throttle and pitch settings but i still have the same problems. any help would be great thanks.

Sometimes when a link pops off it inadvetantly gets put on backwards. Check the links between swash and head and head to flybar and make sure they are correctly installed on both sides. If one side is wrong, its corresponding blade cant get positive pitch when flying, therefore you only have half as much thrust. I have found this to be a common cause of full throttle hovering.

everything looks good...did you ckeck your pitch curve?unplug your main motor and operated the controls to see if anything is binding...maybe one of your servo gearing is stripped...

Use macro function on your camera to get clear up close shots. From what I can make out it looks like the head is correct though. When you check pitch with the gauge make sure you check both blades.
