i posted this in Mikado also.. but thought this would be good to ask here too.
My brand new Outrage 550 (maiden flight in other post) has a tail drift! Clockwise probably twice as fast as a second hand on a clock.
"shouldn't" be vibes as the heli is brand new.
Vibe? Ball distance? Vbar setting like gain?

If there is no play and the tail pitch is as smooth as glass the drift is from the vbar settings Pete.

Ball distance wouldn't be a big deal? It's a full sized Align 650

Ball distance on the tail servo is always dependent on the gyro.

Gotcha thanks. I'll check the mechanics first.

DOH! Sorry...
I just noticed I had one click a trim on. I just bet that takes care of it.

Just in case that isn't the answer, I found my mini-G had a similar very slow drift on the tail until I mounted it using the metal plate. Then it held solid so it may be vibes still.

Thanks. I'll be flying it again today and report back. I have some Zeal tape I might try next if there is any drift...
