Put the stick at mid stick. How many of the servo arms are centered with the servos? If it is only the right servo that is not, try relocating the servo arm on the servo so that it is centered and then check the travel and see if the swashplate stays level throughout the stick travel and you have equal travel in aileron. Make sure that you have not accidentally hit the trim before you change anything.

Cha 1 : Normal direction, EPA @ 100/87%, trim +120 -- Aileron
Cha 2 : Normal direction, EPA @ 100/87%, trim -120 -- Elevator
Cha 3 : Reverse direction, -- Throttle (ESC)
Cha 6 : Reverse direction, EPA @ 88/100, trim 0 -- Pitch
That's what I have. Followed the Align setup procedure. Thanks for the help, btw.

I think the trim settings are the problem. You should always start setup with all of the trims set to 0. You should only add trim a small amount at a time if needed. If you set the trims to 0, then you will need to re-center the arms on the servos and possibly re-adjust the links again to acheive the correct travel.

If I set the trims back to 0, then in centered mode, the arms will not be vertical.

After flipping the AFR on aileron to -50% and re-leveling everything back from scratch, things are much better. I've got the trims at 0, and the servo arms are nearly vertical (pretty much vertical on pitch/aileron, a little off on elevator). The control arms are vertical in mid stick settings.
Got the swashplate back level in the middle, and I noticed that the settings are much closer to default than before. I used to have +88% for some end points, now most are 100% with 2 down to 95%. Also, for AFR pitch, I was able to up back to +40%, from +32%.
Things seem easier to level and to track better. Thanks for the help Bayou Talker!

Then remove the arms and put them back on centered. They are on splines so they can be set in various angles.
If youhave the trims set to 120, you have pretty much maxed out the servo travel, so they won't go that direction anymore.

thanks. The trims are back to 0 with a level swashplate. I've removed the arms and got them as close to vertical as possible, but one of the three is off a little and I have no extra arms for it right now.
Thing seems to be flying well, but I'm still having some trouble maintaining a stable hover. Tends to drift off a lot -- Using trim to compensate, but it still drifts. Very sensitive to the smallest winds too.
Thanks
