YS91 Throttle barrel sticking

I have notice twice now that my new YS91 throttle barrel will stick at idle. This has happened both times during an auto. When I land go to take off again, no throttle response. This morning prior to shutting off I took a look and found that the throttle barrel was stuck. I could see the control rod pulling on the lever, but it would not move, the plastic throttle arm was flexing.

I heard over on RR something about this, does anyone have any insight?

check and make sure that your end points are correct and your not putting to much pull on the throttle servo or barrel. It may just be that your closing to far.
