More posted....... Servo wheel selection... Folks this is super important to understand how Century designed the CCPM bell cranks on this heli and to get the proper servo arms so you dont have interactions!
Getting the servos right mechanically is something I always stress and I think getting it right here will make the heli fly better in the end and reducing having to tweak radio setting to remove interactions.
Let me know what you think!

Bob with regards to servo arms for the elevator there is a better solution when trying to find a factory arm that will work. Futaba makes large aluminum arms that can be drilled exactly for what you need. The top gold one is perfect and I have seen the longer 2” arms (purple) be used by drilling them out for the Swift. Nice and strong too.

Yea, I am aware of the metal arms and have used them before on Nitros.
I just wanted to show people what was needed for servo arms STOCK.
Keep watching and I will show my final Futaba stock solution. It is pretty good. I made my own arm from a BIG wheel.
What about JR? Any ideas what people did here?
Also so you know those red X arms for Hitech are hard to find and dont come with most servo choices. It's there only wheel that will work too. Same problem some of the Trex600 people are having as it needs the red X arms too.
It's very odd the swift was design around none standard arms????

:clappp Great vids! Better than going to the movies! Nice troubleshooting in general and especially on the head. The detail on these vids is great for a newbie like me  . Makes me want to go out and get a Swift right now, but I'm still saving up.
Thanks Bob!

One thing to mention for those that have the ARF version is the belt tension is a lot tighter than Bob shows in the video. (At least mine was – please check yours if you have the ARF) There also was no mention in the ARF manual about belt tension because this assembly was already together. I loosened mine only because to me it felt way too tight. Now I am glad to hear Bob confirmed the amount of deflection.

Bob please double check the
VIDEO -> Tail Servo and Gyro (401) setup (50 megs)
It is the taildrive and tail assembly without any gyro or servo.

Bob,
I may of missed it in the vid's but which Futaba servos are you using? No one seems to agree on what works best in the Swift to what I can tell.
Looking good, can't wait to see how it flies!

Believe it or not, I am going to start with standard servos and I am using 3001's!!!!
I wanted to see how this flew using BASIC stuff so new people wanting to save money will know what can be expected.
Later I am going to upgrade to metal head, 3rd bearing support, carbon blades, etc and then drop in S9252 digitals.
