or should I.....'Low Alttitude Photography of Maine' L.A.P.Me

That is funny. Foliage here is BEAUTIFUL. Took some mid afternoon shots with a tripod. No that's not a new electric model heli.
Enigma and Xcel... how's the foliage there? Is it anything like northern N.E. in the fall?

leaves are just starting to change, I saw colors today for the first time this season. This pic was shot an a local apple orchard today, not much color yet!

This was from the Tri-pod. Mid afternoon. Self timer for no shakes. This used to be 3+meg but I resaved in .jpg to this under 350k.
This is very close to the 'Strawberry Patch' RC club.
I still have dial-up so it's very compressed. The original looks great in
8 x 10 from Walmart. Took it there last night. :wink:

Nice picture but I think you need a new compression algorithm for your jpgs. Try Irfanview and see the difference. It's free and the compressed picture will look like the original with about the same file size as the picture that you loaded here.

Nice aramsdell!
Everything's still green or brown here in the DFW area. High yesterday was still 89. I'm envious of you guys living farther north. The fall colors should make for some interesting subjects.

Well now that you have Irfanview you should post the same picture again to show the difference. Make sure you make your changes and resize from the original picture.

Dennisu, I'll try resubmitting real soon. I'm replying while the printer spits out more Cover Letters for Maine Aerial Photography Service. I've got a couple of small jobs with one Real Estate agent and more info to a couple others. ADVERTISE...Can't find time to finish rebuilding my sport/fun T-rex. Just need to balance some blades and go it over. It seems all my flying has been for MA.P.S. !

I'm back here it is at 15 % jpg similar size file about 325k ish. Looks better for sure.

S.L.A.P.M.E. is not it. FUNNY though!
M.A.P.S. is in. I've just started with a paying set of jobs with a local RE
Agent/ developer.
Anyone who could PM me with details of what they charge so I can tweak my prices early on would be appreciated.
