Jack,
As we pretty much expected Joe has made the night and day difference and he is just as super in person as he is through the email or on the phone. The other nice thing is that if Joe ain't got it, he tells you right then and there... not this "you'll get it" crap we heard from elsewhere. Vario should see a real resurgence as Joe picks up steam.

Your like the 8th or 10th people I have heard say that recently Jack and Doc. That is great!!! It is always awesome to hear something this positive in our travels.

Will,
You know, shipmate it doesn't take a lot of effort to find the negative in pretty much anything, however it takes a bit of work to find the positive...and, here lately, I am willing to work a bit more....and earning dividends for it.
Take care,
Doc

Doc,

I hear that. I was having a real hard time finding anything positive after my Jetcopter incident Saturday. I'm pretty much over it now, but that one stung. When a glow one goes in it's a couple hours and you are back at it again. These turbines are not like that, especially when it went in as hard as mine did. I wasn't sure whether to cry or be mad as hell. Since Saturday I've had a little of both. Oh, and Joe is a great guy to deal with from my experience.

Gary,
To be honest with you, at the time it happens, it is extremely difficult to find anything positive about a situation like that. And, going back and forth between those two emotions is a good thing and tends to get you back in the saddle again. With me and turbines this year, it has been an ongoing littany of nickle/dime things...just enough to either keep me from flying it or causing me to have enough second thoughts about the situation that I don't fly it. These are the kinds of things, although not anywhere near as expensive or nerve-wracking as your situation, that drive you up the wall. Right now, I need a gearbox yesterday. My first one was defective and, as it now appears, so is the replacement, so until I can get my hands on a Bailey's, here I sit....and, that danged thing just doesn't look good "sitting." These are the kinds of things that have been driving me crazy all year.

Hang in there, and start planning that next turbine....and, may I recommend a fine Wren for you.
