Default 3G slugish servos

As Above,This is my first venture into FBL so have 3G +450pro head to fit on to my Furion. My question is when I move the servos on the bench they move O/K but when they are returning to centre they are slugish (slow) is this normal and down to the ele-ail gain. Thanks in advance for any info.

MARTIN.
