Axial Play in Blade Grips?

Just looking over the Lepton and I noticed that there is axial play between one of the blade grip spacers (collars) and the dumper rubber in the head. If I pull on the opposing grip the play moves to that side. I am new to Hirobo heads but this doesn't seem right to me, how will it center? Checked the assembly of the head and it is correct.
