Okay, so I absolutley love my Aurora. But setup is throwing me for a loop. If ANYONE has any info on how to setup a Futaba GY401 gyro, especially pertaining to a Trex 450 SE, I would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: follow my link to the thread I started, and finished, I was just so damned
frus-turd-ated  that I drove my wife crazy charging battery's, flying, cussing, charging, crashing :bawl, cussing, hobby shop, scratching my empty butt pocket , cussing, crashing... you get the picture, I think my wife went to see a divorce lawyer this past week:arggg: , she was so mad at me being mad, well, words can't describe.... Damn this hobby!!!!!! Anyways, all is better in the household, and the heli is flying like a trimed buzzsaw!:YeaBaby:

I've got my gain set at about 68% so far, I think I still need to fine tune it but its pretty good there.

I didn't get an answer on my same question but I figured it out myself.

There doesn't seem to be as much support on here compared to the Australian Heli forums.

Hello everyone, so here is my link here to the thread I started in runryder. It encompasses my trials and tribulations with gyro setup. Now I hope that everyone here knows that every radio and heli is a bit dfferent, so don't have to follow it to the "T", but this will get you in the ballpark. I have been flying for about 4 years now, and this radio threw me for a loop, but just like Mike Mayberry said when the radio released "this radio programming is so easy, that your brain will tell you that you're wrong, no radio can possibly be this easy to program"!!!! Anyways, setup is kinda like a DX7, and Kinda like a Futaba 8C, and I owned both, so just follow my last post, and all will be peachy! If anyone has any questions, shoot me a PM, as I am always on either RR or here, and I will reply as soon as possible.
Happy flying,

Allen aka Helibreezer!

just followed helibreezers link. in it it says there needs to be a negative value to be in head hold mode but toward the end it says a positive value. also is this for all gyros. just got mine and will be using align gyro on a raptor 50
