stock motor specs

Hi,

Anyone know what the stock motor timing is, i am running a Scorpion Commander 2 55A esc, i think its getting a touch hot 55-60 degrees and was told to check the timing of the motor.
Options for ESC are Auto, 5,10,20,30,40 degrees. It is on auto at the moment but thought i might set it to match the motor ......checked belt, pinion gear and all that would cause binding but all is fine.
Otherwise what sort of temps are you getting .......

I use a Turnigy Sentry 40 amp ESC and I have my timing set to { Low} Works great. Had it at mid too worked great. Just stay away from high. It should get warm to touch to maybe very warm! Not Hot. after 6 min flight . Check your Pinion gear mesh so you gear rocks back and forth { slack } Do you know how to do the Paper trick?

yep, done the paper trick, set belt tension, checked all for binding tightness
guess i will test each setting and choose the best one even though EC has an AUTO option

60 degrees ??? what Celsius ? If so You better start off with the lowest timming you have. And change your throttle and pitch curves.
