I'm new building helis, just flying them until now. I didn't want to give advices in heli yet.
But if you clean the bottom of the ball-links with an x-acto knife and measure the exposed rod...
25.0mm
16.3mm
69.0mm
0.4mm
I just finished building it but everything seems ok. Maiden flight in few days.
1" = 25.4mm

what about the ball links used for the bill mixer are they both short ball links or one short and the other is long? :shock:

I just checked mine. Could not find the digitel micrometer so I used a rule.
This machine is set up for 3D, Tempest head, new style flybar carrier. Lower swashplate=25mm, flybar to washout=16mm, swashplate to mixers=67mm, mixers to flybar=2mm w/one long/one short link. 10deg up and down, MAH 700mm blades, 105mm SAB tail blades
