XP6102 with Trex 450XL

Hi guys, I have a JR XP6102 with a Trex 450XL, a r700 reciever, and a gy401

I programmed Normal mode, but I can't figure out how to program Idle up 1, so I can flick the switch, and have the throttle hold and have the collective go from -10 to +10 degrees.

Can somebody walk me through this? or maybe give me your settings?

never mind i figured it all out with the help of some adivce and figured out all my problems, if you have any similar questions feel free to ask as i am now an expert, kinda
