tail problem with rap 50

ok fired up my 50 for the first time today and the tail does not seem to hold like my rex. as i spool up the tail moves to the right, does not want to stay still then give it rudder input stays still spool down and the tail spins out of control wtf. new to nitr but my rex upon spool up the tail stays still dont know what the problem could be everything seems to be good set up wise normal mode gain 35-40, tail blades spin up minto the main blades etc .

raise the gain, it's too low.
setup nuetral in normal, not HH.
Revo mixing OFF!

Its a 601, stay in the low to mid 30's for the gain.

I may be stating the obvious but .... are you sure that your directions are correct on the gyro and on the rudder channel? Just in case it was something simple but would certainly cause some excitement on the tail! :^)
