Okay, this is for all the guys that were quick and lucky enough to order and recieve their blades. I want to know what you think about them? Build-quality wise and how they fly. Are they as wide as the stock blades? How about length-wise? How thick are they compared to stock? Do they fly better? More responsive? How do they sound? Are they noisy like the stock blades, which are notorious for flutter noises when ever the collective is manipulated. Sorry for all the questions, i'm just deciding wether to jump on these or wait for the SAB's.

I ordered mine within 15 minutes of Ready Heli's post. I receiced them 2 days later but I have not had a chance to fly them. They are slightly wider(2mm) and slightly longer(center of hole to tip). The root is the same thickness so hold on to your stock shims. I was hoping they would come with metal or nylon shims. Something different than those soft shims that came with the kit. I hope to get a chance to fly them this week. The bolt hole looks a little off. Like they drilled it off center as a balancing short-cut. As long as they fly well.

My set is on the way and I will also be trying them this weekend... The latest Hirobo FP blades are MUCH noisier than the previous set I had so I will be looking forward to some stiffer blades :)

Has anyone else had a chance to fly these blades? I want to hear some opinions and first-hand experience about them.

strange, checking the MHA pages, they don't list up those - are the 420's not yet approved or in trial ?

I got a chance to try the blades this Sunday. I had tracking issues which was strange and aso a small vibration and yes I did balance them. I may have to check cord balance and borrow my buddies balancer which does this (mine got stolen).

First impressions...... Honestly I did not care for these. They were very pitchy and I think that is due to the hole on the root being back in relation to the cord of the blade. I need to play more with these but first flight impressions are not that hot.
Just to make sure it wasnt setup or something I put back on the Hirobo blades. No vib and the pitchy response was gone.

I thought I would share my experience so far.

I only had a breif break in the weather yesterday and got the chance to hover mine and try a loop. mine ran pretty damn smooth no vibes and not pitchy. I was only running a 2500 headspeed as I switched to futaba and haven't tweaked my idle up curve yet.

Well I have been reading that MAH's have a reputation for sometimes being hard to track because of their hollow construction.... Guess if I were to buy some blades, I might just hold out until the SAB's are released.

I just got two sets to try. I'll let you know how they work compared to stock and the MS blades.

Just flew the MAH blades 5 flights. They were within .01 gram and they were smooth as glass on my Lepton 4s with Hyp 10t 24t pinion. No vibs. Tracking was spot on, no tweaking needed.

Very nice finish as well. Easy to see the white tips.
They flew well, not pitchy at all, very FFF. More top pitch response and climbout than stock blades and less blade noise too. Cyclic response is good.

I just compared them stifness wise to stock blades and they are similar lenght wise and torsional. My Trex 325 V's are much stiffer still though.

So far, I like them and they seem to be a vey good replacement and cheaper alternative to stock blades IMHO.

After checking mine, I found one blade had the bolt hole in the root farther back than the other :(

I got a bummer set and will be exchanging them.....

I put a set on last night and flew one battery. Honestly, Im no pro but have LOTS of fun, these made a HUGE difference. Climbouts are VERY INSANE now. Very nice blades. Quiet too. I had to turn my pitch link in one turn to get them to track, after that they stayed through the whole flight. Not pitchy at all in FFF.

Now heres the kicker, I fly 5 mins set on my timer. I normally put 2900 back into my 3700 pack. Last night after 5 mins I get home and charge and only put 2300 back into the pack. Same type of flight I always do too.

Can a smoother running blade make longer flight times?
