No choices..... The only one on the market would be the MRC Superbrain. You can buy a AC/DC power supply or make your own from a PC power supply.
I recommend the e-Station BC-5. It is a Balancing charger as well as Nicad, Nimh, and pb. Charges up to 5 amps.

There is a new variant of the SwallowAdvance (which I use) called the "Swallow 2 AC/DC". Not sure what its called in the US but it sells here for about USD$91.

This is an excellent charger for up to 5S, particularly if you want to be able to cycle NiCd/NiMH batteries. You need an external balancer like the SJ LCB-6C or similar.
Otherwise I agree that the eStation-BC5 is a good choice (although it's DC only) as it is an integrated balance charger. It does not have discharge features so it's a bit harder to cycle NiCd/NiMH but if you don't need that feature then it's nice not to need a separate balancer.
I have only ever heard good things about Swallow chargers and not so good reports about Superbrain. YMMV.
