If I'm only getting 20 minutes on a tank of gas on the EB running 720's with a G26, does it sound like it's running rich? I hear so much about 30 minute flight times I'm wondering if I am running rich. The engine is a bit rich at idle, but smooths out once I hit hover and seems to run good on a climb out. I am leaving a black oily mess on the skid after 4 flights so I know there is plenty of oil in it. I'm running 5oz to a gallon.

Sounds like you are about right where you want to be. I think 20 minutes is a good average time.
5 oz to a gallon is a good mix too. I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's better to be a little rich, than too lean.
You should have some white smoke when you are at idle, but as you spool out the smoke should go away. If you want some good education, try getting a hold of Gary Travis' video on tuning and setting up the Intrepid. It's worth the $20.00
