New Lepton hyperion 10 turn Hyperion w/ 4s 3700 hyperion cc 80 3.5 bec hovered at 46% on governor setting appx. six minutes of hover with 4 landings put back in 3546...what gives?????????

you are running such a low throttle % that it is very inefficent. Probably roasting the ESC too. Either get a lower tooth pinion or bump the throttle % up a good bit.

Bob, with that setup my high end Tcurve point is 85%.
As Jon says you are running WAY to low a curve... Hovering with a decent head speed on 4S with that motor should be in the 70's at a minimum (mine is 75% at hover or 3/4 stick). Idle up my curve is 85, 75, 65, 75, 85
I FLY 6 minutes and put back 2900.
