The instruction manual for the extreme head version has been posted on MA's website

Is it just me, or are their no graphics in the manual? Or are they on a seperate sheet like with the older<pre-fury> kits?
Thanks,
Mike

I don't see them either.
I'm running the stock free acrobat reader

I see on the web page that there is an additional section for kit drawings, So I guess that answers my question.

they are separate like the Tempest/IonX models. I was going to post the document, however its way too large and is impractical to compress. So they'll go out just like the other drawings, it will just take a while to format them.

Wooo Hoooo! Picked my Tempest Head version up this afternoon from my LHS! I'm printing out the text (67 pages) and drawings (40 pages) right now. Each version (Extreme and Tempest) have their own pdfs. The graphic stickers are different than what I've seen before (I guess those prototypes didn't have any stick-ems, did they). The kit looks pretty complete, but I still have to go through it & do an inventory. The base plate looks damn beefy at 3/16" & all CF. The tank also looks smaller than I would expect, but then the gasser gets a whole lot more run minutes than a glow.
I guess I'll have to either hurry up and finish building my two planks or shove them aside & get to building this thing! It is supposed to be real nice this weekend..... :glasses:

Got my Extreme head version today. My problem now is that I won't be able to build it until after Christmas. :(
I was thinking of using the new 9255's for cyclic control, any thoughts or would the 9252 be plenty?

I bet the 52's would work fine, but I ordered the 55's for the hell of it.

Scott,
I know one of the FAI/F3C pilots that has the new 9255 servos on a CCPM Caliber 90. I haven't heard back from him since he installed the servos and flew with them. But I would think the 9255's will be just fine. Personally myself, if I didn't have the 9252's and had to buy servos. I would get the 9255's.

9252's are fine if you already have them. The futaba reps that are using the 9255's are having good things to say about them so if you have to get the servos, then go ahead and get the 9255's.
