Hi, I'm starting my first scale project, and I'm trying to find a suitable muffler. I'm going to be putting the TT MD500 on a Raptor 60, which will be powered by an OS 70 SZH. I have everything to get the heli in the air minus the fuse (to be added later) and the muffler. I can't seem to find any mufflers that listed for the 70. I did find one from Hatori, but I had heard that these mufflers tend to get a little hot, and I don't want the engine compartment to get hot. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

You should be fine with the Hatori muffler. I have a friend that flies one of these with a TT70 and a Hatori muffler with no heat problems. If you don't like the idea of that muffler look at the Muscle Pipe II. It should fit with no problems.

You should not get any problem with that hatori muffler because im using it myself on my TT500 MD, or if you have a doubt, you can go to Heli-world.com and get these scale mufflers, they work great as well.
