Balancer & li-poly non macth

Hi, Guys my first post here and just hit one of my first bumps in this long and winding road my PRO-POLY CELL BALANCER connector don’t match my xtreme power 1800MAH 12C LI-PO BATTERY nor does the other two adapters that came with it. the li-poly bat has a four wire, one red, 3 separate black. the balancer guard unit has five wire out, one red, one orange, one yellow, one brown, one black is there any way I can match these two unit together or its a lost situation. the error I get when I connect the Li-Poli is the blinking red LED that means that the wrong connector is being used this is a brand new Battery acording to the person I purchase the chopper from. the specs of my kit are on my signature.

I just got a brand new Poly-pro 1800 xxHD gold 11.1V 3s1p xxHD 20C discharge 30C bursts lypo-Batt but same result as Above.

the volatage reading for both are the Xtreme power batt reading=
Red to first black wire 3.2V, Red to second black wire 6.5V, Red to third black wire 9.7V.

Poly-pro Batt reading=
Red to first black wire 3.8V, Red to second black wiren7.6V, Red to third black wire 11.4V.
