New JETI SPIN controllers

Any one try the new Jeti spin contorllers yet?? i have a 55 iam fixing to try on 8s

I have some on order, looking forward to your views.

I like the idea if downloading the readings from the esc to the programming box. I hope they work well as they sound very promising.

So far the program box is impressive it gives you 2 Gov modes i selected the 3d mod and then you have set gear ratio Hs and a few other things just like a GV-1 on a nitro machine pretty cool

Also they have a 99amp 12s controller coming

First thing i dont like soft start is not very soft but it does spool up nice once it starts

Trying to find some info on softstart there is none around.Now that i got it working i will be flying it tomorrow night

Iamwaiting on the 77 and 90 i think it is as i can thermal the 55 in my 600 other then that the esc seems to be real solid

Has anyone tried the Jeti Advance OPTO 90 Heli?

We tried a couple on Greg's E-Magnum Prototype and never got the m to work. Bobby was there and saw, very strange. He is using a 32-4 so maybe that is it, we were using the high timing for Outrunner settings.

I am still mystified as to why those particular Jeti 90 controllers were not happy with the Actro motor. :? I do know that you will corrupt the software in a Jeti Advance controller if you try to program it with any device other than the Jeti program card. I have seen bad results when a Spin control box was tried on the Advanced controllers.

I have one that is working flawless in my Ion on a 32-3 i would have to think it was a software issue

Yeah very strange indeed...but I am very happy with my CC HV110...I bought a second CC HV110 for the Bergen E-Observer and also a CC HV85 for my Trex...want to go the 8S route when FlightPower comes out with the 8S block for the 600....

Bobby...I am using the latest Beta firmware and the Gov mode is working like a champ on the E-Magnum...

OK guys...sorry I hi-jacked the thread and talked about a CC ESC! back to the Spin's!!!! I really want to try either the 77 or the 90 when they are available!

Jeti spin75 is in one of my machines goign out to test tomorrow it actually comes wiht a extra plug so you can pull data off the Esc into the pg box after a flgiht REALLY COOL STUFF!!!

Well i got 30 flights on the 75 and i have about 50 flights on my 66 and all i can these Esc's are worth every penny!! I have been using stright 3d gov mode iam starting to try some of the other settings today i was using the spin 75 in Heli mode and was very pleased to what i seen... :smokin: more to come
