View Full Version : Need Help With My Hyper!!!

hey guys, i bought an 30 heli from a friend with a OS 37 hyper on it. well it has only had maybe 5 tanks of fuel thru it. so it's still pretty new!!! i've been having some problems keeping it running. when i do get it running it's super rich. well tonight i removed both needles and cleaned out the carp with some raw fuel, but i need to know where to reset the hi and low needles. he never gave the paper work on the motor and i think i would be better off just resetting the needles and starting over. so where should i set them to start breaking this motor in???? please help guys, ive never broke in a heli motor before!!!

They dont have a 37 hyper, its either a 37 or a 50 hyper.

i'm sorry i was told it was a new motor os had and it was a hyper

1 3/4 turns main, adjust the low until it idles well.
what plug and fuel are you using?

The H designates a Heli motor. It does not designate Hyper in this case.
Go to this web site link and you can download the manual for the OS 37. Scroll down to the OS 37. Click on it and the manual and exploded view drawing are in Adobe format.
