IS a ICS 100 good for lipo batteries

I the gws isc 100 Esc good for the blade cp pro with a lipo batterie?I keep burning tail motor and i wonder if that is my problem...it is a newly installed esc since the 3in 1 burned out..

Any input would be greatly appreciated
