Blade CP Pro to HDX 300 Radio Conversion

I just got the new HDX 300 in this week and so far so good. I am trying to use my E-flight 6 Channel CCPM Transmitter and EFLH1031 3 in 1 till I get a new radio system. My question is can you use the 3 in 1 with the belt drive system since it is set up for a tail rotor motor instead of a servo?


Any help would be appreciated.

no, the ESC for the tail motor will certainly blow up your servo. Pretty much gotta go seperates. I have doubts the radio will work either, but you may be able to get it to work.

I would think the radio would work. The radio 'talks' to the receiver, and gives the input to an ESC or servo. It shouldn't care which. You will need a gyro to operate the servo though.

The only thing the 3 in 1 can be used for is powering the stock motor if you're still running that.
