have a power-one SPL250-1012 Power supply and want to use it to run my Lipo chargers on 110v.
My question is, its rated per the side panel at 12v @21 amps and 15v at 17amps.
Problem is, I only can seem to get 15volts no matter which taps I measure from. Is anyone familiar with this Power supply.
