it was involved in a crash, and has some amount of scratches, but only a slight ding, I was told by the owner it didn't effect performance in any way he noticed - but it isn't near as pretty as new - It's actually a bit ugly. The grommets are in place, and the o-rings and screws, but I think the o-rings need replacing. Also I didn't know it at the time I originally posted this, but I think the nuts aren't the right nuts - I bought a new muffler and it had thin simple nuts (not locknuts) to hold the flange to the engine. The brownish mark I'd gues is a spot of melted plastic on the muffler.
Overall I think it's probably fully functional, but not attractive.
