Micro Antennas - are they good?

I purchased a T-Rex 450SE from Tech Model Products and Joe sent me a micro antenna. I have not yet installed it since I am only learning hovering. But are they any good? Should I use them?

I prefer the micro, much neater and i havent had any issues with mine.

I've got Deans antenna's on my T-Rexes since the beginning. They are good and you can use them.
