The Screwz is probably the one upgrade that you should avoid at all cost. Search this board for threads dicussing them and heed the warnings.
The metal main shaft bearing holders are a great upgrade, if you don't have them on your heli already.

definately get the mip thorp wrenches, best thing you can do! then go to this site
the exi has suprisingly a lot more metal parts not offered by align like anti rotation bracket battery tray, boom supports, tail drive bearing blocks, and nicer bearings, the prices are also much cheeper on almost all parts and they will help...
i cant imaging how the kde bottom plate could be any better than the plastic one, at least when the plastic on crashes it will flex, and if the screws strip ca will work in a pinch till you can save up the 5 bucks for a new one, the stock bottom plate is one of the few parts i haven't broken on my 250 yet, and my frame is still stiff and rigid as ever, not that this heli really has the tourqe to bend the frame in any way...it's a bling item, guarentee you wont notice a difference in how it flies...
another little part i like is this http://www.helidirect.com/xtreme-metal-tail-control-link-trex-250-p-10262.hdx got rid of a lot of tail slop for me
