Got my new Duralites in last week. Had a faulty Regulator. A little disappointing, but in any manufacturing industry there are bound to be the occassional problems.

I emailed Rachelle on Friday KST (Korean Standard Time), They had my replacement regulator in the mail to me the same day. AND they shipped it AIR MAIL. What a surprise that was. Way to go Rachelle. Thanks for the support. I have the new regulator in and things are looking good! I will fly them tomorrow. And this is only TUESDAY KST. Fantastic Support. :D :glasses2:

Rachelle, Jack, and Emory are excellent to work with - top notch team with a top notch product that is second to none! Now, just wait until you start flying them - you'll never look back and wonder why you didn't get them sooner. :D

You got that right! I just ordered the TX battery for my 10X. I see nothing but Duralites in my flying future.

In my personal case, Canada service FANTASTIC and Florida service NOT SO GREAT.

If you send anything to the Florida location for service, don't bother sending a letter along with any information as they don't read it.

Too many $$ invested to change systems now.

Really do like the DuraLites but would like to be able to use them, just don't have all my pieces and parts back to be able to.
